These diaphragms offer similar functional benefits to their reinforced counterparts while typically being more economical.

PTFE Bonded Rubber Diaphragms
Our PTFE bonded rubber diaphragms are critical components in industrial applications such as oil and gas, medical instrumentation, and food industry pumps and valves. These diaphragms are designed to provide a reliable and accurate response to hydraulic or pneumatic pressure changes, making them indispensable in equipment and systems.
TechnoXperts uses advanced techniques to bond Teflon to rubber, creating composite diaphragms that withstand harsh environments without compromising lifespan or responsiveness. For added strength, fabric can be incorporated into the Teflon/elastomer composite. Key benefits include:
